Subway in Kriftel

Regular customer there for years. For 3 years now, we have often been guests with our offspring. Unfortunately, it depends a lot on who is on duty on these days. There are a lot of nice employees, but unfortunately also some with a lack of understanding and without patience for our subway offspring. Eating is actually always okay.

The food is ok as always. But tonight we experienced the unfriendly nature of certain employees again. Especially when you are there with a child (3 years), you can expect a little patience. A very unfriendly woman.

Has been to this subway several times. Mostly in the early evening. The staff have always been friendly with every visit. I've already experienced different things in other branches. I like to come here.

Unfortunately at the moment the only subway in the area that is open. If I had the choice I would avoid this restaurant as the staff are not exactly the friendly ones. After this review, the employees were noticeably more friendly to me, very nice to see.

The weakest subway I know, it almost never happens that all breads or ingredients are present. Better to MTZ or Wiesbaden train station or Schierstein.

How to forget about dressing on a salad Unfortunately only noticed at home. Ingredient requests were unfortunately not taken into account.

The nice employees of this branch did not want to serve me because I am not allowed to wear a face mask due to health reasons and although I had drawn their attention to this, they asked me to leave the shop immediately. This info is only received after waiting 15 minutes at the checkout. That means I was able to distribute all my bacilli, bacteria and viruses throughout the room. But was sent out anyway. If everyone did it like that, I wouldn't be able to eat anything and would eventually starve to death. INSOLENCE.👎 SUBAY IN THE MAIN TAUNUS ZENTRUM tolerates that I am not allowed to wear a mask👍

Wednesday evening, 6:00 p.m.: Not a single wrap left. Spinach? No. Tomato? No. Normal? No. Can the basic equipment actually run out? Very badly organized !!

The subway in Kriftel was the last one. Half of the toppings and sauces were missing. Furthermore, the service mixed up my bread and instead of making a new one, the topping was thrown back into the bowl and the new topping was simply put on, which resulted in the bread taking on the taste of the first topping. I couldn't take or use any sub-points there and the prices are more expensive than for other subways. It also takes an extremely long time there and the staff is probably not adequately trained. It wasn't any better the second time either. But you have to say that the subway is very nicely done. However, this only applies to this one branch. I haven't had such problems in other branches

Always liked to use it since opening. Now it is the fifth time that only 2-3 types of bread are available well before closing time and the type I want is always off. Never again. And the 1st-4th Mal was clearly before Corona hysteria. If you can't operate your oven or have enough bread in stock ... embarrassing!

Too bad we actually "really" like to go to Subway, but the staff here is sooo unfriendly and has absolutely no desire to serve you! Basically, it is really disrespectful how we were treated if we wanted to cancel the order. That is really a shame! Subway happy again ... but not in Kriftel!

Tastes like every SUBWAY. + Easy parking + Little customers, therefore never overcrowded - Unmotivated, bored staff - Tables are wiped far too rarely

I've been here a few times now because I like the Subway sandwiches. Most of the time, the tables are not wiped often enough and we had to search longer to find a proper table. Staff behind the counter friendly, fast, nice. But what I bumped into, covered with the plastic gloves from the sandwich, the display of the oven was programmed at the same time, which was already really dirty and smeared. I found that really disgusting! The sandwich perfectly fine and tasty. ⭐⭐⭐ three stars
